Section 3 – Pricing, Products, and Ordering

• All products and combinations thereof (‘Products’) listed for sale on the Website will be sold at competitive prices. Any prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. However, you accept that prices of most Products may fluctuate on a periodical basis, and Gift Reegalo will make all reasonable attempts to ensure that pricing is accurate and up to date.
• The sale of products listed on the Website is subject to availability.
• We have made every effort to display the products that appear on the Website accurately. However, as the actual image you see will depend on your monitor/device screen, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of the colors accurately reflects the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
• Prior to placing an order, you are requested to check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.

Section 4: Deliveries

We do not deliver to addresses outside of PAN India.  All other delivery restrictions, and all delivery charges, will be made known to Customer as part of the order process. Ownership of, and responsibility for, the Products shall pass to Customer upon delivery of the Products.

Any timeframe provided by Specialized is a good faith estimate of the expected delivery date. Specialized will use commercially reasonable efforts to fill Customer’s orders within the time stated.

For the purpose of Deliveries, we will be relying on information that is provided by you for the purpose of delivering the Product to the address specified by you. You are responsible to ensure that the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and in all respects.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Gift Reegalo for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late delivery. In that case, we will strive to contact you as soon as we are able to reschedule your delivery time and date.
